the location was central. it was very near all the attractions in downtown. breakfast selection was big and varied. staff was helpful.
air conditioner in my room were horrible. it said 65 but it felt more like 80. my fridge barely kept anything cold. blinds in the room was broken.

staff WAS friendly. The location made it easy to walk to many attractions, a plus. The modern design gave the hotel a good feel.

the bartender was super nice and he made wonderful hawaiian martinis! the double suite was spacious and i loved the island in the kitchen area. i would definitely stay here again!
our room was stuffy and uncomfortably warm. by the third night, we finally had the room cooled down but it was still less than comfortable. on the first morning, the alarm clock went off at 6:30 am. i unplugged it and although the time wasn't displayed on the clock, it still went off on the second morning of our stay.

The staff greeted me warmly and provided quick assistance with check-in. I found the room super clean. I appreciated the proximity to the convention center. It was an easy walk each day. The coffee offered each morning tasted really great.

The hotel was really clean. I was impressed by how well-kept everything was. The bar downstairs proved convenient . I found the breakfast to have usual offerings. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby. It felt cute.

The hotel sits on the edge of the main entertainment area, I enjoyed walking to Broadway. Several restaurants are very close. I found many dining options within easy reach. The bus from the airport stops a short walk from the hotel.
